• What do you enjoy most about working for MedComm?

    I’ve grown very fond of the people that I work with and for. I also enjoy the flex-schedule that allows me to make up a few hours if need be.

  • How does MedComm make you feel valued as an employee?

    By being very accepting of life events and understanding we all have families outside of the workplace that require our immediate attention at some points. MedComm is willing to work with that in anyway they can.

    Almost three years.

    Treating all employees equally and respectfully.

  • During your tenure with MedComm, how have you developed in your career?

    I’ve advanced a lot in the last years – moving from a rejections position, to a float position (learning all roles of billing), to a supervisor position.

  • During your tenure with MedComm, what are three career lessons you’ve learned?

    Everyone learns differently. [I’ve learned to] take it day by day and [have] patience.

  • What is the most important aspect of your job?

    Being prompt and efficient in all aspects.

  • What is your personal mantra?

    I’m at the gym or spending time with my family.

    I love to read. I’m not a touchy person, OCD about cleanliness.
